All keycaps are 3d modeled from scratch in ZBrush and 3d printed using various printing technologies, mostly SLA for very high detail and premium surface quality. Then each keycap is tested and hand painted.

All keycaps are firstly primed and sanded in order to achieve a smooth surface ready for painting. Then a base color coat is spray painted and on top of that we hand paint with acrylic paints all the different colors, details and shadows. We use various techniques depending on the keycap and the level of detail we wish to achieve. Finally, the keycaps are coated with tough clear varnish for protection and long lasting.

Our keycaps should fit nicely on the switch without force. They should slide on the keycap. However, since every keycap is unique, they might be a bit tighter or looser without causing any usability issues whatsoever. A strong factor affecting the fit of the caps is the condition of your switches stems.
If a keycap is marked as too loose or too tight during the quality inspection, we sell it heavily discounted as Grade B. You can find more about Grade B keycaps here.
